Welcome to IndustrialNewsToday (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IndustrialNewsToday.com website and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IndustrialNewsToday, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are otherwise capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

IndustrialNewsToday is a news aggregation service. We curate, summarize, and provide links to news articles and other content originating from third-party sources (“Third-Party Content”). We do not create the original news content ourselves. Our service is designed to provide a convenient overview of industrial news, with proper attribution and links to the original sources.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Site Content and Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the selection, arrangement, and “look and feel” thereof (collectively, the “Site Content”) is the property of IndustrialNewsToday, its licensors, or its content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all Site Content is the exclusive property of IndustrialNewsToday.

3.2. Limited License and Fair Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Site Content, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

The news summaries and headlines provided on IndustrialNewsToday are presented under the legal doctrine of “fair use” (17 U.S.C. § 107) for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. We provide clear attribution and source linking for all aggregated content to direct traffic and credit to the original creators. This use is transformative and does not substitute for the original source material.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting User Content, you grant IndustrialNewsToday a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and our business.

4.3. User Content Representations and Warranties

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to your User Content.
  • Your User Content does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right; (ii) slander, defame, or libel any other person; or (iii) violate any applicable law or regulation.

4.4. Disclaimer Regarding User Content

We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not liable for any User Content or any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such content. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content at any time and for any reason without notice.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services contain links to third-party websites and resources, and display Third-Party Content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any third-party websites or resources. Links to such sites are provided only as a convenience and do not imply any endorsement by IndustrialNewsToday.
  • We exercise no control over Third-Party Content and make no claims, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news, information, or other content provided by third-party sources.
  • Your access and use of third-party websites and content is solely at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites.
